IRVINE, Calif. (December 11, 2014) – Sage North America, a leading provider of business management software and services to small and medium-sized businesses, today announced the release of Sage CRM 2014 R2, the latest version of its cloud-based CRM solution. In this release, Sage has completely redesigned its user interface, offering customers a new contemporary user experience that allows employees to be more productive while sales cycles are shortened and customer service delivery is improved. Sage CRM 2014 R2 features a cleaner navigation menu and a quick access toolbar to help users quickly find important customer information whether in the office or on the road. New sales dashboards deliver a complete view of how sales teams are performing against targets, providing sales directors and managers with better business insight so they know where the business stands at all times.
